Perfect room, large bathroom, best staff. Location close enough to both the beach, the Nightlife and Phuket.

The building here is stunning! the rooms are super new and tidy, which we really loved. the location is spot-on, just a short walk to the beach 🏖️.

The room was tidy, the bathroom was large. The hotel was in a favourable location just off both the beach and streets with many shops and the Nightlife, Restaurants and shopping, Terrific breakfast and great meals served in the Restaurant and a maze. For dinner we visited Tong Daeng Seafood, set only 800 ft away...

Great spot for checking out bars and restaurants. I really liked how peaceful the area was. 🌿

The hotel offers savory and excellent meals in the morning, including eggs and bacon, served by a lovely waitress named Pop who is always willing to please.

Friendly staff who know their way around, rooms are nice and quiet with essential amenities like a safe box, flat screen cable TV, and a mini fridge. the beds are super cozy, making for a comfortable stay 😊.

We had an amazing time at the hotel, from the great location just minutes away from the beach and surrounded by lovely restaurants to the awesome pool with a pool bar in the water. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony. The staff was very attentive and helpful, always there to meet our needs. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and a variety of options. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

There was nothing we didn't like.

As a budget traveler, I absolutely loved my stay at the Austrian Garden Hotel Patong - Sha Extra Plus. the facilities were fantastic, with a large area and a beautiful garden where I could relax and unwind. I also enjoyed playing tennis table and taking a dip in the clean pool. the rooms were great, very clean and comfortable. the breakfast offered a variety of options, although it was not suitable for vegetarians with eggs and Thai food. the hotel's location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk away from the beach.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was the lack of parking available at the hotel. Other than that, everything was perfect and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel was a great value for the money with a central location close to all the attractions. the pool was a nice escape from the hectic city and the service was astonishingly good. the food in the restaurant was a delicious mix of local and international cuisine.

The room decor was a bit outdated and not so modern. the noise from the surrounding streets and late-night activities were a bit disturbing, and the lack of noise insulation in the room made it worse.

I chose Austrian Garden Hotel & Restaurant Patong because of its location near Patong Beach. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly people and exceptional climate of Patong. The hotel's commitment to providing a powerful and safe online experience was also impressive.

Great value for the price. The friendly staff offered excellent customer service. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the option to relax by the pool with a drink. The hotel's location was very convenient, with nearby access to restaurants and shops.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't very comfortable as it blew directly on the bed. there seemed to be a lack of communication between the staff, causing some confusion during our stay.

Walking distance to the beach and Bangla road; amazing garden and pool; peaceful at night; helpful and friendly staff; good restaurant; comfortable rooms; welcome drinks; convenient location for shops, currency exchange, and tour desks; pool view balconies; free beach towels; will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located just a short walk from a beautiful beach and vibrant shopping and dining areas. the rooms were clean, well, maintained, and had spacious bathrooms. the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always keen to help. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of freshly made dishes to choose from and the restaurant offered delicious cuisine prepared with high, quality ingredients. the hotel also had a nice swimming pool and fantastic facilities.

The lack of in, room communication devices made it inconvenient to request services or make inquiries.
